Last summer, art teacher Sandy Pugh of Vienna got a "zany" idea.
In her 2008 July art camp, Pugh taught her students that ink splatters can be transformed into cut-and-paste creatures with enormous peeping eyes and colorful striped legs. A Peeper does not have so much a body as it does a ziggety-zaggety head with legs attached to it. Read more...
